Both will be based at the firm’s Prague office.
Ben Maudling, CEO Savills Czech & Slovak Republics, says: “The property market is continually evolving and a year and half since Savills opened its office in the Czech Republic, I am pleased to say that we’ve achieved our prime objective of having a strong team in place to meet the growing needs of our clients. Martin’ and Nicolas’ knowledge and professional experience allows us to broaden our capabilities in project, property and facility management and to deliver invaluable strategic advice for our clients.”
Martin brings expertise in project and cost management, construction monitoring, technical due diligence, and technical consultancy. Prior to joining Savills, Martin spent more than seven years with Arcadis’ Built Asset Consultancy department in Prague as a Project Manager providing advisory services to global market leaders and leading technical due diligence teams on some of the biggest real estate transactions in the Czech and Slovak markets. He was also selected for Arcadis’ young talents global programme and his concept was later implemented worldwide. At Savills he will be working alongside Head of BPC, David Lawn.

The Savills Prague office was established in February 2017 and since this time has become a full service office covering the Czech and Slovak property markets. The majority of its senior staff have experience from both the consultancy and investor/developer side of the business. This allows the office to provide comprehensive real estate advice and services that are superior in terms of detail and value to the area’s most prominent clients, including industrial, office, retail and mixed-use scheme users.
