The acquisition of buildings A and C represents an initial yield of 6.25%.
Speaking on behalf of the deal, Régis Luttmann, Managing Director, Savills Luxembourg, comments: “This deal represents a strategic acquisition for our client in Luxembourg. The two office blocks, which are both 100 per cent let, provide a robust return on investment and make Leasinvest to the majority shareholder of the office complex.”
The EBBC business park consists a total of six office buildings with a global surface area of around 26,000 m² and benefits from a strategic location in the Luxembourg Airport district, at walking distance of Luxembourg’s international airport.
Given the future urban development program of this district, including the tram expansion in 2022, the park will be easily accessible by public transportation, both from the city centre and the business district Kirchberg.
