New Italian headquarters for Savills

Savills in Italy has announced that it has moved its headquarters to new office space in Milan in the final stage of its integration process with former Larry Smith, which it acquired in July 2017. The combined team will all be branded Savills.

Savills is now located in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda – the city’s luxury fashion district. The premises will house around 80 employees and will offer employees fully serviced office space in one of the most vibrant areas of the city.

Speaking about the new offices, Gianni Flammini, CEO of Savills in Italy, commented: “We are extremely pleased to announce our move to such an iconic part of Milan. This, alongside the brand changes, is an important step in the completion of the integration process and we look forward to seeing our teams prosper in our new headquarters.

“We are confident that such a central location will reinforce our commitment to the Italian market in the long term and increase our business in Italy as well as complementing our wider growth in Europe”.

The move echoes Savills further expansion moves across EMEA recently including the acquisition of Aguirre Newman in Spain and Cluttons in the Middle East.
