PATRIZIA has signed a new lease agreement with Vriman M&A Lawyers at FOZ-building, located at the Amsterdam South Axis, the Netherlands, for a period of five years. The lease comprises approximately 381 sq m office space.
Jan Vriesendorp, Partner at Vriman M&A Lawyers, says: “Since the founding of Vriman M&A Lawyers in 2016, our law firm has grown substantially. As a result, our office in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid didn’t work anymore. For us, it was very important that our new office is easily accessible for our employees and clients. Currently, our team consists of ten colleagues; in 2018 this team was responsible for 45 deals with an average transaction value of approximately EUR 45 million in the top segment of the boutique M&A market. The office design and floor area of our new location is perfect and the first deals have already been closed in the boardroom."
