Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed an exclusive office leasing agent for Forum 76. Business Centre. The complex, which is owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital, is the first office building in Łódź to be commercialised by Savills.
Forum 76. Business Centre is located in downtown Łódź, near a major junction of Stefana Kopcińskiego Street, the city’s main thoroughfare, and Józefa Piłsudskiego Avenue. The building enjoys easy access to tram and bus stops, and offers a total of 7,700 sq m.
The building’s amenities include a public green terrace on the rooftop, a bicycle parking facility, a conference room, a new canteen, and - in the future - direct access to F&B and service facilities at the nearby Monopolis project currently under construction. The building has been BREEAM In-Use certified and received a number of prestigious industry awards, including the Office Building of the Year and Project of the Year.
“We have recognised the enormous potential of the office market in Łódź. Benefiting from its recent very rapid growth, the city is becoming an increasingly attractive location for various sectors, particularly shared services centres. Forum 76. Business Centre is excellently located and one of the most iconic and best liked projects in Łódź, having built a strong position on the local market in the last ten years,” says Dariusz Karwański, Associate Director, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.
