Corporate Finance House Group purchases Dura Vermeer Innovation Centre development in Utrecht, the Netherlands

Corporate Finance House Group (CFH) has purchased the to be developed Dura Vermeer Innovation Centre (DVIC) from Dura Vermeer in a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The development is located in the Utrecht Leidsche Rijn area and comprises a total lettable floor area of approximately 6,878 sq m and 97 parking spaces. The building consists of multiple sections with various purposes; showrooms, offices, meeting facilities and a one layer parking garage on ground level. The property is fully let to Dura Vermeer for the long term. The property is scheduled for completion in June 2020.
