Five Guys opens new restaurant in Paris

International real estate advisor, Savills, on behalf La Française Real Estate Managers (REM), has let a new unit in the centre of Paris to global burger brand, Five Guys.

Located on Place Joachim du Bellay in the first arrondissement of the city, the 580 sq m restaurant overlooks the Fontaine des Innocents and is adjacent to Forum des Halles shopping centre and the major transport hub; Les Halles. It is due to open to the public in early 2020.

This is the fifth Five Guys restaurant in Paris with other outlets located on the Champs-Élysées and in the Gare du Nord terminal.

Alexandre Boucly, Co-Director of the Retail Division, Savills France, commented: “The letting to Five Guys illustrates our ability to create attractive opportunities for both investors and retailers. The prime location of this restaurant is an ideal place for the next stage of its development in Paris.”

Owned by SCPI Epargne Foncière, the asset has been actively managed by La Française REM who have carried out extensive renovations to the unit.
